Cancellation before shipment:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on order@mintevolution.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Cancellation post shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on order@mintevolution.com.
• In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
• Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Code of Ethics

Mint Evolution Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd. expects all Independent Distributor to uphold the principles of fairness, honesty and integrity in all their dealings and activities as Independent Distributors.
This Code of Ethics forms part of the Mint Evolution Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd. Policies & Procedures and all other regulations and agreements currently in place, which bind every Independent Distributor. Any serious breach of the Code, Policies & Procedures, regulations and agreements in place will involve action(s) being taken by Mint Evolution Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd. in accordance with the Mint Evolution Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd. Policies & Procedures.

The Code of Ethics explains proper conduct of business for IDs to practice. It is a mandatory requirement that IDs comply with the Code of Ethics at all times.
Part A – CONDUCT

1. DEALING WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC
1.1. Contact & Communications
1.2. An Independent Distributor: 
1.2.1. Will at all times, when contacting anyone either from a telephone list or by other means, respect the privacy and wishes of the person contacted;
1.2.2. Will never engage in objectionable or abusive conduct, unfair or aggressive conduct when contacting or dealing with any other person in relation to Mint Evolution or opportunity it provides;
1.2.3. Will offer the opportunities of, and association with Mint Evolution, on its merits without exaggeration, concealment, curiosity or misrepresentation;
1.2.4. Will ensure they maintain their personal presentation in dress, language and documentation to the highest possible standard;
1.2.5. Will observe the provisions of the law and good manners regarding times and days when making the call and appointments.
1.2  Presenting Opportunity
An Independent Distributor presenting the Business Plan at any time, conducting a Training Event or Seminar or Mint Evolution IDs Meeting will: 
1) Not falsely represent to any person any details regarding the financial rewards available under the Mint Evolution Plan;
2) Not make any false or misleading representations about the features of Mint Evolution’s products, services and programmes, including as to their standard, quality, value, characteristics, accessories, uses for a particular purpose, merchantability or benefits;
3) Not make any false or misleading representations about the price of Mint Evolution products or services;
4) Not engage in conduct that is liable to mislead anyone as to the nature, manufacturing process, characteristics, suitability for purpose or quality of any Mint Evolution products or services;
5) Not make any false or misleading representations concerning the need by anyone for goods or services;
6) Make it thoroughly clear to any person to whom the ID discusses the opportunity that financial rewards to IDs are based on an ID’s individual performance;
7) Use official literature as approved by Mint Evolution including forms, scripts and other tools.
 
1.3 Conducting Business
An Independent Distributor must not at any time: 
1) Take advantage of another person's disabilities or weaknesses, such as illness, age, infirmity, lack of education or unfamiliarity with language;
2) Actively solicit or demand orders for Mint Evolution products by anything other than an offer to collate any order an Independent Distributor wishes to make, including by the use of physical force, undue harassment or coercion.
3) Refuse to identify themselves when requested to do so.

1.4 Explaining the Business Plan
When presenting or discussing the Mint Evolution Business Plan and the Benefits which might be available, an Independent Distributor must generally rely for reference on Mint Evolution literature and observe the following regarding the contents of the Business Plan:

1) If predictions as to profitability are made, they should reflect what an average person carrying on the Business would achieve under normal circumstances;
2) If any estimates of profits are made, the assumptions on which they are based should be clearly stated;
3) Where there is no previous experience on which to base expectations as to profitability, this should be stated when making the representation.
4) When presenting or discussing the Mint Evolution Business Plan, an Independent Distributor must not make false representations concerning:
a) Any risks likely to be associated with carrying on the Business.
b) The amount of time the average person would have to devote to carrying on the Business;
c) The annual expenditure and the annual gross income which the average person carrying on the Business might expect and the method of calculating those figures.


Part B - GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

1) Authorisation Limit:- Authorisation of an Independent Distributor is limited. They shall refer any matter pertaining to Mint Evolution to the designated Company Representative. An Independent Distributor shall not interfere in any decision making. process without prior written approval from the Company Representative.
2) Poaching Independent Representatives
Mint Evolution does not condone the intentional poaching of other competitors.

USE OF MINT EVOLUTION PROPERTY
As trademarks, logos and service marks are registered and owned by Mint Evolution and/or its affiliates, all written materials are the copyright of Mint Evolution. The use of trademarks, logos or service marks or the publication of copyright materials may only be undertaken with the written authorisation from Mint Evolution and not otherwise.
4. PRODUCT CLAIMS 
Mint Evolution publishes detailed data about its products which is verifiable, accurate and complete. An Independent Distributor must not make claims about any Mint Evolution products or services unless they are sourced from appropriate official Mint Evolution literature and accurately reflect the information contained in the appropriate literature.
5. OBLIGATIONS OF INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR
5.1 Promote Ethical Business Practice

An Independent Distributor will: 
1) Ensure the Independent Distributor in his/her group are aware of this Code and at all times carry out their Business relationships either within the group or with Independent Distributor of the public in a lawful manner,  with courtesy and integrity, and in accordance with this Code;
2) Ensure they remain well informed regarding laws applicable to the Business and duties of an IR including other essential facts and public policies or regulations which may affect such Business and duties;
3) Keep confidential and not unethically use information that may be of detriment to another IR’s Business. 
5.2 Mint Evolution’s Obligations
Mint Evolution will ensure that:
1) Its employees will at all times act in a manner which does not conflict with the best legitimate interests of an ID and carry out duties in accordance with professional courtesy and integrity;
2) Independent Distributor are kept well informed regarding laws applicable to the Business and duties of IRs and other essential facts and public policies which affect such Business and duties and will comply with all the requirements thereof;
3) Full cooperation of its employees is given to IDs with respect to advising them about matters which affect them;
4) It acts in the Independent Distributor legitimate interest to the best of its abilities.

Part C - APPLICATIONS
6. APPLICATION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS
Mint Evolution and an Independent Distributor will accept the Code of Ethics entirely and observe its provisions.
 
6.1 Compliance

Mint Evolution and an Independent Distributor will ensure full compliance of the Code: 
In Mint Evolution’s case by Directors, Executives and all other employees;
In the Independent Director case by the ID and their Downlines.
 
6.2 Administration
Mint Evolution will administer its dealings with Independent Distributor in a manner that is conducive to compliance of the Code of Ethics. 

7. Ethical Contact
Independent Distributor must not:
1) Tout for or on behalf of another MLM Company or Direct Selling Company;
2) Divulge confidential information to unauthorised persons or for unauthorised or unethical purposes;
3) Discuss financial aspects of other Independent Distributor Businesses;
4) Encourage another Independent Distributor to change line of referral ship;
5) Engage in Cross Lining or Poaching; 
6) Encourage or induce any other person to engage in Cross Lining or Poaching;
7) Use Mint Evolution’s sponsored Functions, Literatures or CDs to support Cross Lining or Poaching.  
8. Potential Independent Assistance:- An ID, either with or without an Upline’s assistance, must at all times complete all relevant parts of an Application in the presence of the Prospect.

8.1 Explanation to Prospect
A Sponsor or Upline must explain to the Prospect, and complete in their presence, the details of the Application Forms so that the Prospect comprehends that they are personally introduced by the Upline or Referrer.

8.2 Application Subject to Acceptance
The Application Form is subject to Mint Evolution’s discretion in accepting it as a valid application and making the appointment of that person as an ID.

9. Complaints
If an Independent Distributor becomes aware of a breach of this Code, and wishes to proceed to lodge a complaint, the complaint should be made in writing in accordance to Mint Evolution Policies & Procedures.

Be honest and fair in my dealings with ME;
1) Perform all my professional activities in a manner that will enhance my reputation and the positive reputation established by ME;
2) Present the Compensation Plan accurately and honestly, clearly portraying the level of effort required to achieve success;
3) Present realistic income possibilities only, and solely in relation to the appropriate effort involved;
4) Present the benefits and information of the business as stated in the Company’s official literature and from my own personal experiences;
5) Accept and carry out to my best effort all duties expected of an ID and Referrer, including training and supporting the Downlines in my organisation;
6) Abide by all Policies & Procedures that are applicable to the operation of my business;
7) Strive to ensure that my Downlines are satisfied with my service and leadership;
8) Answer the questions and queries of prospects and Downlines fairly and honestly;
9) Refer only those people that I have developed as my own Downlines and/or business prospects;
10) Always encourage prospect(s) developed by their initial referrers to be referred by them as well;
11) Be clear that Mint Evolution is a direct marketing opportunity in which my income is related to my marketing and leadership skills as well as my own personal efforts;
12) Treat all prospects, Downlines and associates with respect, goodwill and professional courtesy;
13) Not entice Downlines from outside my Line of Referral ship to sign under my organisation;
14) Not misrepresent the ME business in any way;
15) Not use any advertising that I know may be false or misleading;
16) Be fair and just to my Downlines and associates, and not engage in practices that may reflect unfavourably on myself, my organisation, the Company, and/or the industry;
17) Conduct myself in such a manner as to reflect only the highest standard of integrity, frankness and responsibility because I recognise that my actions as an ID with ME have far-reaching effects;
18) Use the information contained in all ME websites for my personal, non-commercial use only;
19) Not create any unapproved or illegal websites, which may tarnish the image of ME and its related companies.

15 Day Exchange Policy:

You can simply exchange your product within 15 days of its receipt under our No Question Asked Policy. The policy provides customers freedom to exchange goods in unused condition without assigning any reason behind the exchange.
However, the product should be in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
In addition, here are some Terms and Conditions to consider:

♣ Replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Mint Evolution team.
♣ Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Exchange Policy.
♣ Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect such as color bleeding shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guarantee as provided by Mint Evolution.
♣ The Logistics cost will be borne by the company in case of any manufacturing defect.
♣ In case exchange is because of any other reason except manufacturing defect; the cost will be bear by the customer without any discretion.
♣ This policy is applicable only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.

Refund Policy
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price.
However, return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
In addition, here are some Terms and Conditions to consider:
♣ Please note that “www.mintevolution.com has 15 Day Returns Policy”.
♣ Refund for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Mint Evolution team.
♣ Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
♣ Please note that the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
♣ Goods returned due to any manufacturing defect such as color bleeding shall be governed by the applicable warranty & guaranty as provided by Mint Evolution Sustainable Solutions Private Limited.
♣ This policy is applicable only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.

• To raise a return request please drop us on order@mintevolution.com and we will process your request. Kindly attach the invoice and product image with this mail. If you have multiple products kindly mention the Product ID on the email to avoid confusion.

Once return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes 15-20 business days to process your request. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. The receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Social Media Policy
Independent Distributors are permitted to discuss and promote their business on social media platforms such as blogs, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, MySpace, etc. The following is the Company’s policy and guidelines on such representation. The absence of, or lack of explicit reference to a specific site, does not limit the extent of the application of this policy. Where no policy or guideline exists, Independent Distributors should use their professional judgment and take the most prudent action possible. 
• Personal blogs, websites and social media profiles should have clear disclaimers that the views expressed by the author are the author’s alone and do not represent the views of the Company. e.g. – “The opinions and positions expressed are my own and don’t necessarily reflect those of Mint Evolution.”  
• You must represent yourself accurately and clearly state your relationship with the Company as Independent Distributor. No other claims may be made as employee, agent or otherwise.
• You may not use the Company’s trademarks or brands in any username or handle in any social media platform. These include but are not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Linkedin.
• Information published on your blogs, websites and social media profiles should comply and adhere with the Mint Evolution Policies & Procedures. This also applies to comments posted on other blogs, forums, and social networking sites.
• Independent Distributor may not use or attempt to register or sell any of Mint Evolution and its associated companies’ trade names, trademarks, service names, service marks, product names, or any derivative thereof, for any internet domain name or email address. 
• By identifying yourself as an Independent Distributor, you identify yourself with the brand image and the values of the Company. As such, your online activity can affect others’ perceptions of the Company, its products and services. It is therefore important to be aware that your actions captured via images, posts, or comments can reflect that of the Company. The following guidelines must be adhered to for posting any content online:
• You must use only text found on the Company’s official website
1. You may not supplement the content of your website or social networking profile with text from any source other than the Company.
2. All content must be spell-checked.
3. All misleading or deceptive activities, information and tactics are prohibited.
4. Respect copyright laws, and reference or cite sources appropriately.
5. No abusive language is permitted.
6. No personal attacks are permitted.
7. Independent Distributor must always disclose their relationship or identify them as a Mint Evolution Independent Distributor when making any comment in regard to Mint Evolution and/or its products.
8. Independent Distributor who provide testimonials online must be truthful and subject to typical results.
9. For paid Internet advertising such as Facebook ads, the Company’s logo or trademark may not be used. All links must be directed to the ID’s Personal Website and not the Company’s official site.
10. If you have a complaint with the Company, contact the Company for resolution through any of its official social media channels available at www.mintevolution.com Do not use other social media to express your grievances publically as the Company will have no way of addressing your grievance; Many of the people who read your grievance won’t know when it is resolved, so they will be left with bad unresolved feelings that may never be corrected.
